
FOSTER CITY, Calif., July 7, 2025 — Sycomp A Technology Company, Inc., announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has recognized Allen Shahdadi, Vice President, Global Sales, as an Inclusive Channel Leader for 2025 for helping to create greater equity and inclusion within Sycomp, the IT channel and the industry. In addition, Sycomp published its 2024 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, highlighting the company’s diversity and sustainability initiatives.

Mr. Shahdadi has been with Sycomp for more than 15 years and was instrumental in building the company’s global sales and account management team through inclusive hiring practices, developing new solutions and specialty areas, and creating a dynamic and diverse culture focused on customer success. He was instrumental in Sycomp’s active participation in the summer intern program with Salesforce and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU).
