BURLINGAME, Calif., November 12, 2025 — Sycomp A Technology Company, Inc. today announced its support and participation in the public launch of the Single Namespace Working Group (SNS) with Guardant Health, Inc. (Nasdaq: GH) and a 34-member, cross-industry consortium.  Announced today by Guardant Health, who led a working group of leading technology suppliers, end users and service providers for the past 18 months, the consortium drafted a first open standard to define a unified, scalable method that links globally distributed data into one seamless namespace.

“We were eager to support this effort and provide our extensive storage and high-performance computing expertise to help our customers like Guardant Health who require a consolidated and unified view of data to help them focus on critical research, clinical validation, new discoveries, patient care and other data-intensive applications,” said Saurabh Saxena, VP of Engineering and Services, Sycomp. “Furthermore, this standard complements the work we have been leading with our partners and OEMs around scale-out storage in the cloud improving GPU utilization, data access and management, and overall performance.”

The consortium is transitioning to the international standards body OASIS (Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards) to allow the efforts of the working group to become an established standard. Draft specifications are expected in early 2026, with public discussions planned at venues across the Supercomputing 2025 conference in St Louis, MO.
