In addition, Sycomp published its 2024 Environmental, Social and Governance Report,<\/a> highlighting the company\u2019s diversity and sustainability initiatives.<\/p>\n

Mr. Shahdadi has been with Sycomp for more than 15 years and was instrumental in building the company\u2019s global sales and account management team through inclusive hiring practices, developing new solutions and specialty areas, and creating a dynamic and diverse culture focused on customer success.
